Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees are calculated according to the schedule below.
- 7 to 3 days before check-in: 50% of the total accommodation charge
- 2 to 0 days before check-in: 100% of the total accommodation charge
Accommodation Tax
An accommodation tax under the applicable local ordinance will apply to stays from February 1, 2027.
When applicable, it will be itemized separately from the accommodation charge during booking. The amount and eligibility requirements are governed by the ordinance in force on the date of stay.
